Creation of a Fuzzy Cognitive Model of Innovative Technologies' Interdependence and Connectivity

Abstract

Using a combination of interdisciplinary research strategies, including expert weighting methods,
neutrosophic cognitive maps, and foresight methods based on logically transparent mechanisms of interpretation
of the solution, the article focuses on the research and development of fuzzy cognitive models of mutual
influence and connectivity of innovative technologies. In order to determine the degree of influence of one or
more concepts (technologies), taking into account their state, on the target indicator, as well as the fixed state of
the concept system, a neosophic cognitive map of mutual influence and connectivity of innovative technologies
is constructed based on data on the nature and intensity of these interactions. In the context of the shift to the
sixth technological order, the outcomes of experimental validation and the multiplicative impact of the developed
model on expert survey data are explained.
